I know, I know. Not exactly something you want to look at before supper. But you know how much I love to share:)
If you don't already know, or haven't seen me hobble in the past week, the story is that I was moving a very large cement flower pot, and managed to move it over my big toe which resulted in ripping out half of my toenail. As I have a phobia of needles, it took me a day to have the toenail completely removed, and the above picture is the result.
The image at the top is what my toe looks like without a toenail.
The image at the bottom is after a week of healing after it has dried out nicely. I'm now able to hobble at a fast pace on the hockey field:)
